How are the prices calculated?

For piece goods transportation services, pricing is determined by calculating opening fees that vary according to the vehicle type and a multiplier per kilometer based on the same. When making a reservation on the KNL platform, a collar change fee is charged in addition to the collar change (in BC). This amount is added separately after creating a reservation. What should I do when my items are less?
